About FJ Rayes
A Legacy Built on Excellence
Our company opened its doors after a civil engineer, Fady Rayes, came back to Lebanon in order to pursue his profession. With ten years of experience in contracting under his belt and the ownership of land, Fady Rayes started the company in 1981.
Thirty years later, we have grown into a major player in our field, be it in innovation, market understanding or construction. We have completed a multitude of projects in different areas of the country ranging from Beirut, Jounieh, Mount Lebanon and the Metn, with Beirut being our hub.
The company has moved from developing residential complexes in Mount Lebanon and Jounieh in the 80s, to the development of high rise residential buildings in the heart of the capital's best neighborhoods.
